WanderAllure is a free online travel deals and coupons aggregation platform. We do not sell travel products or services directly. All bookings are completed on our partner websites. We earn revenue through affiliate commissions and sponsored content partnerships.
Our Services include:
• Travel Deal Listings — promo codes, discount codes, cashback offers, and exclusive deals for hotels, flights, holiday packages, car rentals, travel gear, travel insurance, airport transfers, and travel experiences.
• Affiliate Redirect Links — clicking a deal redirects you to the travel partner's website to complete your booking at the discounted price.
• Sponsored Content — articles and features produced in partnership with travel brands, clearly labelled.

By using WanderAllure in any manner, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies we may publish. If you are using WanderAllure on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

All Content is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and browse WanderAllure and use our deal listings for your personal, non-commercial use only.
Without our express prior written permission, you may NOT:
• Copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, or redistribute any Content from WanderAllure for commercial purposes.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from our articles, deal listings, or design elements.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on another website or application.
• Use automated tools to extract deal listings, promo codes, or any data from WanderAllure.
• Use the WanderAllure name, logo, or brand without our written consent.
• Build a competing platform using data or content sourced from WanderAllure.
Brand names and trademarks of travel partners featured on WanderAllure belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply any endorsement of WanderAllure by those companies.
WanderAllure aggregates travel deals, promo codes, and cashback offers from publicly available sources, brand partnerships, and affiliate networks. The travel industry is highly dynamic — prices, availability, and offer terms change constantly and without advance notice.
WanderAllure cannot guarantee that any deal, coupon, or promo code will be valid at the time of use, apply to all booking types, remain available for the displayed duration, or result in any specific saving. Always verify deals directly on the partner's website before booking.

There may be information on WanderAllure that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, outdated information, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct any such information at any time without prior notice.
Some deals marked as "WanderAllure Exclusive" or "Partner Deal" are negotiated directly with our travel brand partners and may carry specific terms, usage limits, or expiry dates. These deals are subject to partner approval and may be withdrawn at any time.
When you click a deal link on our Platform and make a booking or purchase on a travel partner's website, WanderAllure may earn a referral commission from that partner. This commission is paid by the travel partner — it does not increase the price you pay.
WanderAllure maintains affiliate relationships with hotel booking platforms, flight search engines, car rental services, holiday package operators, travel gear retailers (including Amazon Associates), travel insurance providers, airport transfer services, and activity booking platforms.
WanderAllure is a deals discovery platform only. We do not process, manage, or have access to any booking or payment you make on a third-party travel partner's website. All disputes, cancellations, refunds, and customer service issues must be resolved directly with the travel partner.
Our affiliate commission relationships do not influence which deals we feature, how we rank them, or the editorial content we produce. We present deals based on their genuine value to travellers.
• Disclosure: All Sponsored Content is clearly labelled as "Sponsored," "Advertiser Content," or "Paid Partnership."
• No Editorial Influence: Sponsored partnerships do not influence our independent editorial content or deal curation.
• Accuracy: Views in Sponsored Content belong to the sponsoring brand, not WanderAllure.
• Advertiser Reporting: Only aggregated, anonymised performance data is shared with sponsors.
You expressly agree NOT to:
• Scrape, harvest, or extract deal listings or data from WanderAllure using automated tools without written permission.
• Reproduce or republish our deal listings or content on any other platform without our written consent.
• Use WanderAllure's deal data to build or power a competing platform.
• Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or any other harmful code.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or bypass any security feature of WanderAllure.
• Impersonate WanderAllure, our team, or any other person or entity.
• Use WanderAllure for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
• Abuse our affiliate links through fraudulent clicks, bots, or affiliate fraud of any kind.
• Collect or harvest personal information of other users or our team from WanderAllure.
WanderAllure contains links to third-party travel partner websites. When you click a deal link, you are redirected to a third-party website. WanderAllure has no control over the content, privacy practices, security measures, pricing, or availability on any third-party website.
All disputes, refund requests, cancellations, and customer service issues arising from a booking made on a third-party website must be resolved directly with that travel partner. WanderAllure has no involvement in, and no liability for, any such booking or transaction.
WanderAllure uses Google Analytics to collect anonymised data about how visitors interact with our Platform. Google Analytics places cookies on your device to collect anonymised usage data. This data is processed by Google LLC under its Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Content on WanderAllure is provided for general informational and entertainment purposes only. WanderAllure does not provide professional travel, financial, legal, medical, or insurance advice. You rely on any information found on WanderAllure entirely at your own risk.
• Deal and price information: Always verify current pricing directly with the travel partner before booking.
• Visa and entry requirements: Always verify current requirements with the relevant embassy or official government source before travel.
• Travel insurance: Always read the full policy terms before purchasing.
• Health and safety: WanderAllure is not responsible for any health, safety, or security conditions at any destination.
WanderAllure reserves the right to:
• Monitor the Platform for violations of these Terms and applicable law.
• Take appropriate legal or technical action against any user who violates the law or these Terms.
• Remove, disable, or restrict access to any content or deal listing at our sole discretion.

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT, DEAL LISTINGS, PROMO CODES, AFFILIATE LINKS, AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH WANDERALLURE ARE OFFERED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WANDERALLURE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND WARRANTIES AS TO THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY DEAL LISTING, PROMO CODE, PRICE, OR INFORMATION ON THE PLATFORM.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WANDERALLURE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFIT, REVENUE, SAVINGS, OR DATA; ANY FAILED OR EXPIRED COUPON OR PROMO CODE; ANY PRICING ERROR OR DEAL INACCURACY; ANY ACTIONS OR TRANSACTIONS OF ANY THIRD-PARTY TRAVEL PARTNER; ANY BOOKING DISPUTE OR TRAVEL DISRUPTION FROM A PURCHASE THROUGH OUR PLATFORM; OR ANY DECISION MADE IN RELIANCE ON CONTENT FOUND ON WANDERALLURE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED USD 100 OR THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO WANDERALLURE IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS LOWER.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WanderAllure and its owners, directors, employees, partners, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: your use of WanderAllure; your violation of these Terms or applicable law; misuse of any coupon code or affiliate link; or your violation of any third-party rights.
WanderAllure does not currently operate a newsletter or send marketing emails to users. If we introduce a newsletter in the future, we commit to explicit opt-in only, a one-click unsubscribe link in every email, no pre-ticked boxes, and a full Policy update with prior user notice.
Visiting WanderAllure, clicking deal links, or submitting a contact form constitutes electronic communication. You consent to receive electronic communications from us — including responses to enquiries and administrative notices — delivered by email or posted on our Platform.

These Terms shall be governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of WanderAllure shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in our country of operation.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have as a consumer under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies published on WanderAllure, constitute the entire agreement between you and WanderAllure.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed. Remaining provisions continue in full force.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver. Any waiver must be expressly made in writing by an authorised representative.
WanderAllure shall not be liable for any delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, government orders, cyberattacks, or pandemics.
